Bet On Brands Contest Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Bet On Brands contest hosted on www.betonbrands.com (the "Contest"). Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   1. The Contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Bet On Brands and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Contest Entry
  • To enter the Contest, participants must complete a task including but not limited to:
    •  fill out the online entry form
    •  submit a photo
    • etc.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    • If entries are suspected to be from the same person based on information provided, we have the right to disqualify all entries related to the suspicion.

• Personal Information
  • Participants may be required to provide personal information, such as their name, email address, phone number, and any other information deemed necessary for participation in the Contest.
  • Bet On Brands has the right to use or sell your personal information to Contest Sponsors.

• Contest Period
  • The Contest begins on April 9^th, 2024 and ends on April 20^th, 2024 ("Contest Period").

• Winner Selection
  • The winner(s) will be selected randomly with one winner for every one thousand contest entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within five business days after the end of the Contest Period.

• Prize
  • The prize(s) for the Contest my consist of a $500 Amazon Gift Card, 70” TV, CCTV Camera(s), Industry Led Seminar(s), Laptop Backpack or a Mystery Gift.
  • Any prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms and the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Suffolk County, New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

• Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Contest or these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in Suffolk County, New York.

• Modification and Termination
  • Bet On Brands reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Release and Indemnification
   1. By participating in the Contest, you release and indemnify Bet On Brands from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Contest.
